Nonmedical scope

The Parent Support Co. does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, manage medication, provide infant transportation, or provide independent clinical lactation or medical care through unlicensed staff. A family’s parent or guardian remains responsible for care decisions.

Emergencies and medical concerns

For an emergency, call 911. For medical questions, symptoms, feeding concerns, medication questions, or concerns about an infant’s health, consult a pediatrician, OB/GYN, lactation professional acting within their licensed scope, or another qualified clinician.

No guaranteed outcome

Newborn and family support cannot guarantee sleep, feeding, adjustment, health, or any other outcome. Support plans are individualized and must remain consistent with lawful scope and the company’s safety standards.

Availability and regulatory readiness

Staffed overnight care will not be deployed until the company has appropriate operational readiness, documented regulatory guidance for its in-home model, and relevant insurance and workforce controls.
