What a night may include

Every family’s written plan is different. A proposed scope may include safe newborn soothing, diapering, feeding or bottle preparation according to parent instructions, pump-part or bottle cleanup related to the shift, light newborn-area reset if agreed, a care log, and a morning handoff.

We start with a support call and fit review before any schedule is offered. Final scope, timing, rate, caregiver assignment, agreements, and reservation payment are confirmed in a secure workflow.

Scope matters

Clear about what support is—and what it is not.

We may support

  • Nonmedical newborn care within an agreed family plan
  • Safe soothing, diapering, and feeding support
  • Care documentation and morning handoff
  • Practical newborn-area reset tasks that are agreed in advance

We do not provide

  • Diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or medication management
  • Independent clinical lactation or medical care by unlicensed staff
  • Infant transportation
  • Emergency or clinical advice; call 911 or a qualified clinician when needed

A launch service built with care.

Before staff are deployed, the operating model must have documented regulatory guidance, appropriate insurance, clear safety standards, and a verified care-team process. The Parent Support Co. does not confirm a care engagement through this public page.
