Frequently asked questions
A clear answer is a good place to start.
If your question is not here, a free support call is a simple place to talk through what comes next.
What does overnight newborn care include?
A typical plan includes safe newborn soothing, diapering, feeding or bottle preparation according to your written plan, pump-part or bottle cleanup related to the shift, a care log, and a morning handoff. Every family receives a proposed plan before service begins.
How long is an overnight shift?
Most overnight shifts are 9–12 hours. We will discuss the right arrival and handoff window during your free support call and confirm it in your service proposal.
Do you support twins and different feeding plans?
Yes. We welcome conversations about multiples and the feeding approach that works for your family. We do not prescribe feeding or provide medical advice; medical questions should always go to your clinician.
Can I book overnight care online?
Overnight care begins with a short support call, fit review, and a clear written proposal. A reservation is never confirmed through the public website alone.
Are classes available now?
The first calendar is being finalized. Join the interest list to receive the first confirmed dates, instructor details, and secure registration link.
Is The Parent Support Co. a medical provider or emergency service?
No. We provide nonmedical newborn and family support. For an emergency, call 911. For medical questions or concerns, contact your pediatrician, OB/GYN, or another qualified clinician.
Still have a question?
We are happy to begin with a calm conversation.
